Being sold as is because I am unable to have the software communicate with the gage

The software is stored on the gage, when connected with a USB, you’re able to access and install the software

I have the updated version of the software. According the mfg there is a common USER error that occurs when trying to install the software. Apparently you have to disable certain antivirus software in order to correctly install the gage. I am not sophisticated enough to install the software correctly, and I am unable to test the gage.
